Pages 95 – 97 in Debbie Tenzer’s newly published Do One Nice Thing (Crown Books) are devoted to Kid Flicks. The book is filled with easy ideas for small deeds that anyone can do to make a big difference in the world. It is available through DoOneNiceThing.com.
Not only has Warner Bros. donated thousands of DVDs, but the studio and Kid Flicks have also worked together to arrange for a costumed Tweety Bird to deliver movie libraries to four different Chicago area hospitals.
Marni was named a 2008 Build-A-Bear Workshop® Huggable Heroes® finalist. She was one of 31 young people from around the world being honored by Build-A-Bear Workshop® for demonstrating strong leadership, dedication and compassion to make positive strides in the world.
